Top Political Insider Brad Parscale Hires Luxury Fort Lauderdale Design Firm … Again!

This luxury residence is located in Seven Isles, an exclusive neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The single-story mid-century modern home boasts four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms as well as spectacular waterfront views with deep water access and boat dock.

About the Client

Brad Parscale, a well-known political advisor and digital media strategist who worked for the previous administration, commissioned Meredith Marlow Interiors to redesign the interior and exterior landscape of his new waterfront home. While people learned a lot about Brad during his 60 Minutes interview, they might not know he’s a very successful real estate investor. Meredith remembers, “Our first meeting was in 2018. The Parscales found our company on the internet. I had no idea who they were until weeks later I saw the announcement on TV regarding his position as campaign manager for the President of the United States.” Where else would you expect an IT guru to find his interior designer, but the internet?

“Our firm was honored to have the Parscales first hire us for their Fort Lauderdale Beach townhome in 2018. We were thrilled when they entrusted us again with not only the entire design process of their next home, but with every facet of the construction and furniture procurement while he was away working in Washington D.C. We’ve become a strong team and really enjoyed collaborating on the design process,” states Meredith.

Exterior Key Features

Landscape Design

In addition to creating a sleek and stylish interior, the client requested that Meredith and her team redesign the backyard to create an inviting experience conducive to entertaining and enjoying the heated pool and waterfront view.

The team extended the pool deck and designed planting areas, creating contrast with white rocks and dark green artificial grass. This landscape design was tailored to the client’s need for plants and turf to add visual appeal with low maintenance.

Exterior Lighting

This South Florida design firm was also in charge of the automation system including exterior lighting and sound system. This fully automated system equipped with Lutron lighting and a Sonos sound system. Lighted stepping stones lead the way to a newly installed wooden deck with a Jacuzzi® and fire pit. The client can access all audio and lighting features remotely, from any location, with just a tap of their phone.

Meredith also designed an upscale custom-lighted polished stainless steel waterfall that stands over 6’ tall. The fountain is situated next to a fully equipped outdoor kitchen covered by a pergola with sunshade.

According to a recent article from Variety magazine , this waterfront property was listed at $3 million. It sold fast, but Meredith Marlow Interiors can make you another one.
