This luxury residence is located in Seven Isles, an exclusive neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The single-story mid-century modern home boasts four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms as well as spectacular waterfront views with deep water access and boat dock.

About the Client

Brad Parscale, a well-known political advisor and digital media strategist who worked for the previous administration, commissioned Meredith Marlow Interiors to redesign the interior and exterior landscape of his new waterfront home. While people learned a lot about Brad during his 60 Minutes interview, they might not know he’s a very successful real estate investor. Meredith remembers, “Our first meeting was in 2018. The Parscales found our company on the internet. I had no idea who they were until weeks later I saw the announcement on TV regarding his position as campaign manager for the President of the United States.” Where else would you expect an IT guru to find his interior designer, but the internet?

“Our firm was honored to have the Parscales first hire us for their Fort Lauderdale Beach townhome in 2018. We were thrilled when they entrusted us again with not only the entire design process of their next home, but with every facet of the construction and furniture procurement while he was away working in Washington D.C. We’ve become a strong team and really enjoyed collaborating on the design process,” states Meredith.
