Interior Design Details

This was a complete remodel of an existing house on a golf course in Fort Lauderdale, FL by Meredith Marlow Interiors. We gutted the entire space raising the ceilings and creating more open spaces and regular shaped rooms. We designed a much more efficient floor plan that created a much needed powder room, a larger kitchen, an additional bedroom and larger closets. This young family wanted an updated traditional style where their children and family dog could play.

Our role was to create an entirely new floor plan and lighting plan, create architectural detailing, direct the overall design, assist client in finishes and fixtures, coordinate with the contractor, site visits, kitchen design, millwork/built-in drawing, elevation drawings, review all shop drawings from trades, etc.
